Our Story
Putting For Miracles is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit driven by compassion, community, and fun—one putt at a time. Our mission is simple and powerful:
“To raise funds in support of other 501(c)(3) organizations that cater to the needs of children.”
🌟 How It Began
In May 2022, founders Dave & Stacy were inspired during Children’s Hospital Week in Florida by a traveling golf fundraiser supporting CMN Hospitals. Soon after, Dave—who had already raised over $10,000 through Extra Life gaming marathons for CMN Hershey—joined forces with Stacy, and Putting For Miracles was born. To date, we have raised over $40,000 to help Change Kids Health! With the help of all the community, volunteers, sponsors, friends, and family!
First Event (Aug 2022)
- 60+ participants, 30 sponsors (20 of 36 holes sponsored)
- Raised over $5,000
First Annual Mini Golf (May 2023)
- 100+ participants, 20+ vendors, 4 food trucks
- 36 sponsored holes, custom t-shirts for all
- Raised over $10,000 for Penn State Children’s Hospital
Expanding Impact (May 2024)
- Added Cornhole Tournament— did not happen
- 100+ Golf participants despite rain
- Welcomed a dozen vendors, with full volunteer support from LCBC Manheim
- All holes sponsored, team spots nearly sold out
- Raised over $11,000 for CMN Hershey
Furthering Our Efforts (June 2025)
- Added Cornhole Tournament, and it happened with 13 teams
- 90+ Golf Participants despite rain
- Roughly 2 Dozen Vendors
- All Holes and Lanes Sponsored
- Over 80 Raffle / Auction Items
- Raised over $11,000 for CMN Hershey and The Hudsen Memorial Ride

It is so true, without all the poeple that have helped at our events through the years, there’d be no US! So myself, and Stacy want to thank you all for your volunteering, physically and mentally, and for those who’ve stepped up this past year especially, helping take some things off our plates, and we’ll be looking for more people to join on a more official capacity!
